This self catering accommodation can sleep up to six people on a queen sized bed in the master room and two twin beds in the second bedroom all with memory foam mattresses for extra comfort. There is also a quality sofa bed in the lounge.

There are no steps to enter the yard and there is also a parking permit for the Westcliff car park.

This character cottage as all the modern facilities with a 32 inch flat screen television and broadband Internet wireless connection if you want to keep in touch with the outside world.

The cottages pet friendly and set in its own cul-de-sac secluded yard.

Full gas central heating, also real flame gas fire which is extremely cosy and double glazed windows.

On the top two floors you have a double bedroom with shower and WC and also an overall attic bedroom with two twin beds beneath the beamed ceiling.

Just a few of the major attractions are Capt cooks Museum, the 199 steps up from Church Street which take you to Whitby Abbey and very close by if you want fantastic scenery you could take a trip of just a few short miles and you are on the North York Moors.

The cottage is in Low Hawsker is 3 miles from Whitby and also about 3 miles from Robin Hoods Bay.

Low Hawsker is a lovely little village with regular buses into Whitby taking just a few minutes. The local pub the Hare and Hounds is open all day and serves good British food (and fish and chips to take away

This Whitby holiday cottage is a very attractive semi-detatched dwelling all on ground level that was originally a Mill House built in the 1800′s, it is situated next to the old windmill, no longer in use.

The holiday cottage is situated half way between Whitby & Robin Hood’s Bay, and also within a few miles of the North Yorkshire Moors National Parks. Wooden flooring throughout each room, wooden beamed ceilings, night storage heaters and for that very cosy warmth an open fire for logs or coal.

Suitable for two people with one double bedroom with open views over the fields, and a door leading to en en-suite bathroom that has a sink, toilet with shower. A spacious living room incorporates the fully equiped kitchen with a small table and two chairs. The cottage enjoys its own enclosed garden complete with wrought iron table and two chairs.

There is ample parking as it is on an arrable farm. Two local pubs within 5 mins walk both of which serve meals. It is the perfect holiday retreat for walkers, cyclists, dog owners and wheel chair friendly. The cottage is none smoking but we are very pleased to welcome pets that are well behaved.

We are not saying we’re going to fill our customers Whitby holiday accommodation all year round, where just offering to get additional bookings when vacancies occur, so nothing to lose and all to gain.

We accept just 15% commission and our customers receive the contact details of the bookings.

We also have no restrictions, you can have your holiday accommodation listed with other agencies.

All the owner bookings are always given preference over our agency bookings.

If you would like to include your accommodation all we require is one visit to your property to make sure that the accommodation is of a good standard and we can do the rest by listing your property on our website.

The biggest problem that owners of holiday accommodation have is they put their property with one of the large letting agencies who very often have too many properties on their books, which means that each individual property owner doesn’t have a high enough occupancy rate throughout the year. This is where we are different we are going to take a maximum of 15 properties and no more.
Our website receives high volumes of traffic and is on page 1 of Google for most of the important keywords, so we will make sure that each one of our partners receives individual attention and a high occupancy rate. We also own space on various other Whitby related websites, where we will be advertising our customers.
We just take a 20% commission on any bookings owners accept direct from the holidaymakers and then send on the customer’s details to the property owners.
