You express an interest in getting bookings from our Whitby Holiday Rental agency a couple of times and am sorry that we did not get back to you, it was because we set the website up in advance in anticipation of getting premises in Whitby.

If you would like to advertise your holiday accommodation totally free of charge, we are making this the easiest process of any agency, by the simple fact there is no contract at all. Any accommodation we book in the feature can cancel their listing immediately whenever they wish.

We are only going to take 10 holiday cottages in total and then stop and are now selecting those listings.

It simply works by the fact that if somebody expresses an interest in booking your accommodation we then check your availability and if you decide you would like to take the booking we simply take their deposit of 20% as our commission and then give you all their contact details to make arrangements for booking and full payment.

We are started a advertising campaign this month and we are just providing bookings to fit around owners personal bookings, whenever they require them. There will be no obligation to accept any booking at any time.

We have a two bedroomed apartment newly refurbished this year which we are looking to let. We have a web-site which you are welcome to look at. Would you be interested in marketing our apartment. It is sited at Bellevue Terr. which on the West Cliff. There is a map on our web-site. We do use the apartment ourselves so would want to have some time to do this as well as let it out.
